Before you register.

Is it really free?

Yes. Registering costs nothing, there is no card and no contract, and your listing on the Navi map is free. We will offer optional paid tools for businesses later, things like promoted placement and deeper analytics. Being on Navi is not one of them.

What do I need to do to get set up?

Very little. After you register we email you a short onboarding package with a setup video and a simple guide. Most businesses finish in about fifteen minutes. There is no meeting to sit through unless you want one.

When do we go live?

Business onboarding opens September 15, 2026. Navi launches publicly on October 1, 2026, starting in Houston, followed by Dallas and Austin.

What happens after I register?

You get a confirmation email now, your onboarding package on September 15, and a note from our team the week of launch. If you applied as a Founding Partner, someone from our team reaches out directly to review your application.
